EEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well it isn't the same one - IT'S BETTER!!!!!
And it's ours assuming all the conditions and what not go okay!!!!!

It was more money then the other one but it is much nicer inside. Same townhouse complex right across the street.
EEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!
Walking distance to grocery stores, starbucks and the beach!!!

    I know more people who are immensely relieved that they were turned down for the first house they fell in love with. Good luck. Yard, right?
